DESCRIPTION Layout Design and Planning Develop detailed layout designs using Revit software Prepare 3D renders using Lumion Software Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations Project Coordination Collaborate with project managers architects and engineers Coordinate with construction teams to implement layouts on-site Technical Documentation Prepare and maintain layout drawings and design calculations Keep documentation accurate and up to date Quality Assurance Conduct site inspections to verify layout accuracy Implement quality control measures Budget and Resource Management Assist in budget preparation and cost estimates Manage resources for timely and cost-efficient layout tasks Client and Stakeholder Communication Communicate layout designs and updates Address client feedback and concerns Compliance and Safety Ensure layout designs adhere to safety regulations Promote a protected working environment Continuous Improvement Stay updated on layout design trends and technologies Identify and implement process improvements REQUIREMENT Bachelor s degree in Engineering Experience in layout design and project engineering Proficiency in CAD software Revit Lumion and other design software s Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of engineering standards and regulations Project management experience is a plus
