Job Overview United Way Mumbai is setting up a Digital Transformation Team to lead innovation across the organization We are looking for a Manager - Digital Transformation to own product management and drive how our digital platforms systems and tools evolve This is a hands-on strategic role where you will guide vendors define product roadmaps and ensure our digital solutions meet the needs of fundraisers donors NGOs and internal teams You ll also be the internal champion for technology adoption AI and process improvement Technical skills like PHP Salesforce customisation dashboards and AI familiarity are a plus but your main focus will be product strategy planning and execution Roles and Responsibilities Lead product management for UWM s digital platforms tools and workflows defining features prioritising initiatives and mapping user journeys Drive the digital transformation strategy ensuring that technology solutions improve efficiency scalability and impact Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to design build and maintain websites Salesforce customisation dashboards and other digital products Be the go-to person for AI and emerging technologies helping the organisation adopt and leverage them effectively Support hands-on technical work when needed customising platforms troubleshooting or coding PHP web development Ensure data integrity reporting and smooth operations across campaigns and programs Mentor colleagues on digital best practices and current ways of working Profile requisites A product-focused leader with experience in digital product management or technology-driven project management Strategic and systems-oriented able to simplify complex workflows and deliver impactful solutions Comfortable collaborating with vendors multiple teams and stakeholders Curious about AI digital tools and emerging technologies and able to apply them pragmatically Strong communicator able to translate technical or process details for non-technical colleagues Hands-on technical skills in PHP web development Salesforce customisation dashboards or analytics are a plus Motivated by social impact and excited to use technology to amplify UWM s mission You ve been part of a nonprofit student initiative or volunteer effort Remuneration Subject to relevant qualification experience merit the salary range is INR 11 - 18 LPA If you think you might be suitable apply now and we ll reach out to you soon
