Position Shop Manager Male Only We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food retail outlet The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service maintain high food safety standards manage staff effectively and drive overall business performance Key Responsibilities Operational Management Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards Manage inventory order supplies and control stock levels to prevent shortages or waste Maintain accurate records of sales budgets and expenses Team Leadership Train and supervise staff to ensure a productive and motivated team Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching Customer Service Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally Implement strategies to attract and retain customers Sales Marketing Monitor sales trends and develop plans to increase revenue Assist in developing and executing local marketing campaigns and promotions Health Safety Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations including food hygiene Qualifications Skills Experience in managerial roles in the food industry Preferred 3-5 years Qualification Any graduation Customer service abilities Strong leadership and organizational skills Location Ernakulam Kottayam Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
