Job Title Football Coach Reports To Sports Director Principal Job Purpose To develop students football skills instil sportsmanship teamwork and discipline and guide the school team to participate competitively in inter-school and district-level tournaments Key Responsibilities Plan organize and conduct football training sessions for different age groups Teach fundamental and advanced football techniques rules and strategies Foster a positive secure and inclusive learning environment for all players Identify and nurture talented players for the school s football team Prepare the team for competitions ensuring peak performance and proper fitness Monitor and maintain students discipline punctuality and teamwork during training and matches Organize intra-school matches selection trials and football events Inspect and maintain football equipment kits and field facilities Collaborate with school administration for scheduling and logistics of matches Promote values of fair play perseverance and healthy competition Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Physical Education or related field preferred Certification or proven experience as a Football Coach Strong knowledge of football rules techniques and modern coaching methods Excellent leadership communication and motivational skills Ability to work with children and adolescents with patience and enthusiasm Work Environment Schedule Training sessions before after school hours or as scheduled Availability for weekend matches or tournaments when required Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
