Responsibilities Ticketing GDS Operations Issue reissue cancel and refund air tickets using Amadeus Sabre or Galileo Handle fare constructions revalidations manual pricing and schedule changes Ensure accuracy in PNR management airline fare rules and IATA BSP regulations Manage and resolve ticketing errors queue handling and post-ticketing support Coordinate with airlines for fare audits ADM ACM disputes and complex ticketing cases - Sales Business Development B2B Online Travel Agency - Coordination Support Work closely with internal teams tech finance customer support for smooth ticket processing Provide after-sales support and assist partners with operational or service-related queries Maintain accurate records of all ticketing actions and sales activities - Qualifications Experience with GDS platforms Amadeus Sabre Travelport Sabre Mandatory Ticket Sales and Reservations skills Robust Communication and Customer Service skills Fluency in English Proficiency in sales strategies and techniques Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced team-oriented environment Bachelor s degree in travel and tourism business administration or related field is preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month
