Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Trainer with hands-on knowledge in Full Stack Development to join our training team The ideal candidate should possess expertise in contemporary web and mobile development frameworks programming languages and databases and should be passionate about mentoring learners to become skilled developers This role involves designing and delivering training sessions assisting in curriculum development conducting practical workshops and providing mentorship to trainees across various technologies such as Python ASP NET Core Flutter Angular React and SQL databases Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions on Full Stack Development technologies Assist in designing developing and updating training content assignments and hands-on projects Guide and mentor students trainees through coding exercises projects and assessments Provide individual support and feedback to ensure learning outcomes are met Stay updated with industry trends tools and best practices in full stack and mobile development Support senior trainers in curriculum enhancement and new program rollouts Evaluate trainee performance through tests projects and practical coding challenges Assist in organizing hackathons coding challenges and workshops for learners Required Skills Qualifications Educational Background Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent practical experience Technical Skills Strong programming knowledge in Python and ASP NET Core C Hands-on experience with Front-End frameworks Angular and React Knowledge of Mobile App Development using Flutter Strong understanding of SQL databases MySQL PostgreSQL SQL Server etc Familiarity with Git GitHub REST APIs and deployment processes Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Strong communication presentation and mentoring abilities Passion for teaching training and helping learners grow Preferred Qualifications Prior experience as a trainer teaching assistant or mentor in software development Knowledge of additional tools and frameworks Node js Django Entity Framework etc Exposure to cloud platforms Azure AWS GCP Certification s in relevant technologies Microsoft Google Flutter etc Job Types Full-time Permanent Contractual Temporary Freelance Volunteer Contract length 12 months Pay Up to 80 000 00 per month Work Location In person
