Position Phlebotomist - Part Time - Freshers Experience 0-2 Years Required Qualifications MLT ADMLT DMLT BMLT B Sc MLT B Voc MLT or B Voc MLT Shift Timing Part Time 9am to 1pm 4pm to 8pm Reporting to the Camp Coordinator the Phlebotomist job duties is to properly identify patients and correctly use phlebotomy methods e g venipuncture skin puncture We ll rely on you to preserve patient health and quality of samples Key Roles and Responsibilities 1 Arrange daily activities based on Camp samples 2 Identify beneficiaries and their personal information using their ID documents or other means 3 Determine the right venipuncture method based on patient age health etc 4 Reassure patients and help them relax 5 Find veins that are suitable for puncture 6 Draw blood using sterilized needles vials and other equipment 7 Ensure optimal quality and quantity of samples 8 Label Barcoding of samples correctly and send or deliver them for testing in cold chain environment 9 Answer patient questions and provide useful information 10 Keep accurate records on fluid specimens and tests 11 Adhere to all relevant health and safety standards while working 12 Help with blood transfusions when need 13 Comply with data integrity and security policies 14 Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions Job Types Full-time Part time Permanent Fresher Pay 5 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Expected hours 20 - 25 per week Work Location In person
