Hotpack is one of the world s leading manufacturers of Sustainable packaging products We have a physical presence in 15 countries across 5 continents We are employing around 3500 Employees globally Our 4000 products are manufactured in our own state-of-the-art facilities embracing the highest global standards Job Location Infopark Cochin Responsibility and Appointment Letter Management Create and update job descriptions for new and existing staff members Prepare appointment letters and ensure all necessary documentation is completed for new hires Probation Coordination Track and monitor employees probation periods Coordinate with managers for probation performance reviews Prepare and issue end-of-probation letters based on feedback Performance Review Coordination Assist in organizing and coordinating periodic performance reviews Ensure timely collection and documentation of performance feedback Employee Satisfaction Surveys Design and administer employee satisfaction surveys Compile survey results and prepare reports for analysis and action planning Data Management and Reporting Compile and maintain employee data in Excel spreadsheets Generate reports and presentations related to HR activities performance reviews and satisfaction surveys Communication and Support Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers Provide administrative support to the HR department as required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field 2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Key Competencies Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Robust interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Ability to commute relocate Cochin Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience total work 1 year Required Work Location In person
