Job Title IT System Administrator Experience - 2- 4 Years Job Summary The IT System Administrator is responsible for the configuration maintenance and reliable operation of computer systems network servers and virtualization They actively resolve problems and issues with computer and server systems to limit work disruptions within the company Key Roles and Responsibilities 1 System Maintenance Support Install configure and maintain servers networks and related hardware software Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance Perform regular system and software updates patches and configuration changes Manage backups and disaster recovery operations 2 Network Administration Maintain and monitor LAN WAN firewalls VPNs and other network devices Ensure network security through firewalls access controls and antivirus solutions Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues including switches routers and cabling 3 User Support Helpdesk Provide technical support for end-users including desktop laptop setup troubleshooting and application support Manage user accounts permissions and access rights e g Active Directory Office 365 Maintain inventory of IT assets licenses and hardware 4 Security Compliance Implement and monitor IT security policies and procedures Ensure systems comply with regulatory requirements and company policies Assist in internal and external audits as needed 5 Documentation Reporting Maintain accurate documentation of systems configurations and network diagrams Prepare reports on system performance incidents and maintenance activities Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field 2 years of experience in system or network administration Proficiency in Windows Linux server environments Experience with virtualization technologies e g VMware Hyper-V Strong knowledge of Active Directory DNS DHCP Group Policy Familiarity with cloud platforms e g Microsoft Azure AWS is a plus Relevant certifications e g CompTIA Network CompTIA Security MCSA CCNA preferred Key Skills Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment Detail-oriented with a focus on documentation and process Interested Candidates Contact - Suganya HR - (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
