JOB DESCRIPTION Set up and operate VMC machines based on engineering drawings and specifications Perform manual and CNC programming G-code as needed Select appropriate cutting tools and fixtures for each job Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality Inspect finished parts using precision instruments like micrometers and calipers Maintain equipment and perform routine troubleshooting Collaborate with engineers and production teams to meet deadlines Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment QUALIFICATION Experience 3-5 years in VMC operation preferably in a manufacturing or tool room setting Education ITI Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field o Skills Proficiency in reading blueprints and CAD drawings Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes Familiarity with GD T Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Knowledge of CAM software is a plus Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets SALARY 25000 TO 42000 IF INTERESTED KINDLY CONTACT (phone hidden) Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 42 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund
