Role As the systems and data management person he she will be responsible for the implementation management maintenance of business process solutions and website management Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the business team to develop and implement business process solutions that fulfils the requirement of a modern-day technology business incubator Oversee the implementation of custom enterprise business solutions - design functionality build test and deploy through third party vendor Develop procedures and standards based on IT best practices and ensures conformance with business and enterprise objectives Analyzes problems needs research existing solutions and recommends implementation of new features upgradation customization Create and update documentation covering operating procedures system configuration training etc Manages and leads workshops or sessions as a part of employee training initiatives Troubleshoots operational and application issues and maintain solutions to ensure minimal disruption Design implement and manage necessary security solutions framework Data Management and Reports Analysing data to identify patterns or trends that can be used to improve business processes Creating reports based on data from the system or using the system to analyze data Qualifications Experience and Expertise Engineering Graduate with specialisation in IT Software system Minimum 4 to 5 years of work experience of which at least 5 years should be in managing cloud-based business process solution Experience in developing software utilizing various coding languages including Python Java C PHP and more Expertise in areas of SQL MongoDB and Open Source Experience in working with OS - Windows Linux Knowledge about enterprise solutions including at application level tools level application infrastructure and ERP architecture Business Analytics Reports MIS Excel Latest Analytics tool Working knowledge of Tableau power BI Tool desirable but not mandatory Skills Effective verbal and written communication Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Job Types Full time Permanent Pay Up to 65 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person
