Head - Corporate Wealth Management Role Overview The Head of Corporate Wealth Management will be responsible for driving the strategic direction growth and performance of the corporate wealth business This role involves providing comprehensive wealth management solutions to corporate clients including treasury management investment advisory and employee benefit structures The individual will act as a trusted advisor ensuring the highest standards of client service and compliance Key Responsibilities Lead the corporate wealth management division with accountability for business growth client acquisition and portfolio profitability Develop and implement strategic plans to offer innovative and tailored wealth management solutions for corporate clients Build and nurture long-term client relationships acting as a trusted advisor on investments wealth preservation and risk management Oversee product development across investment treasury solutions Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies maintaining the highest standards of governance and ethics Recruit develop and lead a high-performing team of relationship managers and wealth advisors Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions across banking investment and advisory services Prepare relevant research reports to be sent to corporate clients and institutions Qualifications Experience Postgraduate degree in Finance Business Administration or related discipline professional certifications CFA CFP CAIA preferred Minimum 7-10 years of experience in wealth management corporate advisory or financial advisory services with a focus on corporate clients Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development at a senior level Strong knowledge of investment products capital markets and treasury planning strategies Excellent leadership interpersonal and communication skills Job Type Full time Work Location In person
