Job Title Banquet Sales Location Ballygunj Industry FMCG Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Banquet Sales Operations Manager with a strong background in FMCG sales and customer relationship management The role involves driving banquet sales ensuring smooth end-to-end operations of events and maintaining high service standards to enhance Haldiram s brand reputation in the hospitality segment Key Responsibilities Sales Business Development Drive banquet sales by identifying and developing new corporate and individual clients Build long-term relationships with corporate houses event planners wedding organizers and social groups Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Cross-sell banquet services along with Haldiram s packaged FMCG products where applicable Operations Event Management Oversee the end-to-end execution of events including weddings conferences social gatherings and corporate functions Coordinate with kitchen service housekeeping and vendor teams to ensure seamless event delivery Manage banquet set-up decor and guest experience as per client requirements Ensure compliance with quality hygiene and safety standards Team Management Coordination Lead and train banquet operations staff to deliver high-quality guest experiences Schedule manpower assign tasks and monitor performance Coordinate between sales kitchen and operations teams for smooth execution Financials Reporting Prepare banquet sales forecasts budgets and MIS reports Negotiate contracts finalize agreements and ensure timely billing collections Control operational costs without compromising service quality Key Skills Competencies Strong background in Sales Business Development in FMCG or Hospitality Excellent communication negotiation and client relationship management skills Strong operational understanding of banquet event management Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously under pressure Leadership and team management abilities Customer-centric approach with focus on service excellence Qualifications Experience Graduate MBA in Sales Marketing or Hospitality Management 3 -5 years of experience in FMCG sales hospitality sales or banquet event management Prior experience in handling corporate clients weddings and large-scale banquets will be preferred Salary - As per industry norm Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Application Question s How many years experience in Banquet Operations cum sales Current and expected salary Are you ok with Ballygunj location Are you from FMCG background Work Location In person
