Company - Rotomotive Powerdrives India Ltd Department Production Location Napa Anand Reporting To Production Manager COO Employment Type Full-TimeRole Overview The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations ensuring production targets are met efficiently safely and with high quality This role involves managing shop floor activities coordinating with cross-functional teams and leading a team of operators and technicians Key Responsibilities Production Management Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets Monitor workflow machine utilization and manpower allocation Ensure adherence to production schedules and minimize downtime Quality Compliance Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications Implement and maintain 5S Kaizen and other lean manufacturing practices Comply with safety regulations and company policies Team Leadership Lead train and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals Conduct shift meetings and communicate production plans Address employee concerns and promote a positive work setting Reporting Documentation Maintain production records shift reports and downtime logs Analyze production data and suggest improvements Report issues to management and recommend corrective actions Maintenance Coordination Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment servicing and breakdowns Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed Qualifications Skills Education Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineering Experience 3-8 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setup Skills Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment Familiarity with lean manufacturing 5S and safety standards Good communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
