Key Responsibilities Provide accurate and up-to-date information on visa procedures and requirements for different countries Assist clients in preparing visa application documents ensuring completeness and correctness Conduct initial assessments to determine client eligibility for various visa types student tourist business etc Guide clients through the end-to-end visa process including form filling appointment booking and payment procedures Keep up to date with changes in visa regulations embassy guidelines and immigration laws Prepare clients for visa interviews by conducting mock interviews and providing key tips Coordinate with embassies consulates and visa facilitation services e g VFS TLS Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application statuses Follow up with clients post-application to ensure satisfaction and further assistance if needed Support marketing or outreach efforts for visa counseling services when required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in any discipline preferred fields international relations education business etc Minimum 1-2 years of experience in visa counseling immigration services or a related field Strong knowledge of visa procedures for countries like the USA UK Canada Australia Schengen Zone etc Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills Multilingual abilities are a plus Preferred Attributes Previous experience in education consultancy travel agencies or immigration law firms Familiarity with student visa processes and university admissions Positive attitude empathy and a customer-first mindset Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 782 88 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time
