Job Title Finance Coordinator Location Thalore Thrissur District Kerala Salary 25 000 per month Gender Preference Male Experience Required 2-5 years Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to join our automobile sales team in Thrissur The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance coordination preferably in the automotive or retail sector You will be responsible for managing vehicle loan processing coordinating with banks and NBFCs and ensuring timely and accurate documentation and disbursements Key Responsibilities Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for vehicle loan approvals and disbursements Assist customers in arranging vehicle financing options and clarify loan-related queries Prepare and verify finance documentation as per compliance and company guidelines Follow up with sales and finance teams to ensure timely loan processing and closures Maintain accurate records of customer finance details EMIs and disbursement schedules Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery post-finance clearance Generate periodic finance reports and loan conversion status updates Requirements Bachelor s degree in Finance Commerce Business Administration or related field 2 to 5 years of experience in automobile finance coordination or a similar role Strong communication and negotiation skills in Malayalam and English Sound knowledge of vehicle loan processes banking documentation and credit evaluation Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting software Ability to multitask meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Perks Fixed monthly salary of 25 000 Performance-based incentives Career growth opportunities within the company Supportive work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Schedule Day shift Experience Automotive industry 1 year Preferred Finance coordinator 2 years Required Work Location In person
