Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our ecommerce team The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient management of returns claims payouts and order flows across our ecommerce platforms Strong analytical skills advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of ecommerce marketplaces are essential for this role Key Responsibilities 1 Returns Reconciliation - Manage and monitor product returns across all ecommerce platforms - Verify and update the reconciliation reports for returns 2 Claim Management - File and track claims for lost damaged or incorrect orders with marketplaces - Follow up to ensure claims are resolved promptly 3 Payout Reconciliation - Reconcile payouts from marketplaces with internal records - Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner 4 Order Flow Management - Ensure smooth processing of orders from receipt to delivery - Coordinate with relevant teams for timely dispatch and customer satisfaction 5 Reporting and Documentation - Prepare detailed reports on returns claims and payouts for management review - Maintain accurate and updated records of all transactions Skills and Qualifications - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel advanced level preferred - Solid understanding of ecommerce marketplace operations Amazon Flipkart etc - Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work efficiently under deadlines Working Hours - Monday to Saturday 10 00 AM to 7 00 PM Location Wadala East If you have a knack for numbers processes and ensuring smooth ecommerce operations we d love to hear from you To Apply Send your CV and a brief cover letter to contact salwarstudio com Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 32 000 00 per month Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
