Job Title Senior Accountant We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the general ledger preparing financial statements conducting financial analysis ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting budgeting and audit processes This role requires a high level of accuracy strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of accounting principles Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Oversee general ledger accounting and ensure timely month-end and year-end close Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies Manage and review journal entries accruals and prepayments Monitor and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts Support external audits and liaise with auditors Ensure compliance with local state and federal financial regulations Provide financial insights and support to management for decision-making Mentor and guide junior accounting staff as needed Educational Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field is required Experience Requirements Minimum 10 -15 years of progressive accounting experience preferably in a corporate or public accounting workplace Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting systems Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 25 806 63 - 45 441 92 per month Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
