Regional Marketing Business Development Manager EdTech App About the Role You will drive growth for our learning app in your assigned region expanding market presence onboarding institutions and engaging both educators and students This is a high-energy client-facing role that blends marketing sales training and relationship management Key Responsibilities Market and promote the app across your region through on-ground and digital activities Develop and execute strategies to expand business and meet regional targets Identify engage and onboard educators teachers and academic institutions Engage directly with students learners to drive downloads usage and retention Conduct demos workshops seminars and webinars to showcase product value Deliver compelling presentations to both students and faculty management Build and nurture solid networks with principals senior management and decision-makers in educational institutes Manage end-to-end documentation and contract signups Plan and implement organic and inorganic promotion campaigns to boost app visibility Maintain long-term professional relationships with clients teachers students Support additional clerical administrative work as required by management Requirements Bachelor s degree Business Marketing Education or related field preferred 2-3 years of experience in sales marketing business development EdTech or education sector is a plus Strong presentation communication and networking skills Comfortable conducting workshops demos and public speaking sessions Proven ability to manage documentation and close deals Self-driven target-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision Willingness to travel within the assigned region Nice to Have Experience working with schools colleges coaching centers Familiarity with digital marketing and growth hacking techniques Fluency in local languages in addition to English Hindi What We Offer Competitive salary performance incentives Travel allowances and business expense reimbursements Growth opportunities in a fast-scaling EdTech company Supportive team and continuous learning environment Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Language English Preferred Work Location In person
