Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Accountancy Lecturer to teach 1st and 2nd PUC students as per the Karnataka State PU Board curriculum The ideal candidate should have a solid academic background in commerce excellent teaching skills and a passion for guiding students in understanding core accounting principles and practices Key Responsibilities Teach Accountancy to PUC students Grade 11 12 following the Karnataka PU Board syllabus Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans that simplify complex accounting concepts Conduct regular classroom activities assignments and tests to assess student progress Prepare students for internal exams board exams and optional entrance exams e g CA Foundation Provide individual support and academic counseling to help students improve performance Maintain accurate student records including attendance grades and progress reports Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the curriculum and teaching strategies Participate in parent-teacher meetings faculty development programs and school events Qualifications Educational Requirement Master s Degree in Commerce with specialization in Accountancy or related field Preferred B Ed or equivalent teaching certification Prior teaching experience at the PUC or higher secondary level is an added advantage Familiarity with Karnataka PU Board curriculum and evaluation methods is desirable Skills Competencies Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach accounting concepts with clarity Good communication presentation and classroom management skills Ability to use teaching aids and educational technology effectively Patience dedication and a student-centered teaching approach Organized self-motivated and a team player NOTE Candidates who have 2 years of experience in teaching can apply No fresher hired for this role Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
