We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to oversee and manage all operational aspects of our international travel and tourism business The ideal candidate will lead the operations team ensure seamless tour execution optimize processes and maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction for outbound international tours Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end operations of all international tour programs Manage vendor relations contracts and service level agreements with international suppliers Develop operational strategies to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve service quality Ensure compliance with international travel regulations and company policies Coordinate with product sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth tour execution Lead and mentor the operations team setting performance standards and KPIs Handle crisis management and on-ground issue resolution during tours Monitor feedback and continuously improve tour offerings and client experience Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Work Location In person Expected Start Date 23 07 2025
