Project coordinator for Sewerage Project Execution Team Location Pune Qualification B E B Tech in Civil Engineering preferred 8-10 years of experience in sewerage or infrastructure project management Strong skills in documentation coordination and client handling Positions Required 1 Senior Project Coordinator Experience 8-10 years Project Scope Execution supervision and documentation of gravity sewer works as per project requirements Roles and Responsibilities 1 Project Execution Supervision Oversee the execution and supervision of gravity sewer lines as per project specifications and site plan Ensure all construction activities are performed in compliance with safety and quality standards 2 Documentation Reporting Prepare site-related documents including RFI Request for Inspection Pour cards Level sheets Daily Progress Reports DPR Maintain detailed photographic records of all site activities and progress 3 Material Management Maintain Material Testing Register for all materials used in office e g sand cement concrete pipes rubber rings etc Prepare and manage Material Receipt Register and all associated challans Prepare challans and maintain records for disposal materials including trip details 4 Utility Shifting Records Document and maintain records of all utility shifting works supported by photographic evidence 5 Billing Certification Prepare Running Account RA Bills based on BOQ items Coordinate with consultant client engineers to get RA bills certified 6 Logistics Lodging boarding and transportation arrangements for deployed staff shall be managed and borne by the vendor contractor Job Type Full-time Pay 70 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
