Job Title Quality Control Engineer - Sheet Metal Heavy Fabrication Location Andrahalli Main Road Salary 18000 - 23 000 per month Job Type Full-time Job Overview We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer with hands-on experience in sheet metal Metal and heavy fabrication processes The candidate should be capable of inspecting testing and maintaining quality standards across the manufacturing workflow to ensure that the final products meet industry and client requirements Qualification Diploma in Mechanical Engineering BE Mechanical ITI Mechanical Freshers with strong knowledge or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in QC will be preferred Key Responsibilities Conduct in-process and final inspection of sheet metal and fabricated components Interpret technical drawings and check product dimensions using measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper Micrometer Height Gauge etc Prepare quality reports and maintain proper QC documentation Coordinate with production and design teams to resolve quality-related issues Ensure adherence to ISO standard quality practices in fabrication Perform Root Cause Analysis and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions CAPA Monitor welding quality surface finishing bending cutting and assembly operations Assist in maintaining calibration of tools and instruments Key Skills Required Knowledge of fabrication processes Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings Familiarity with measuring tools and quality control standards Good analytical and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills for report generation Preferred Experience 6 mons to 2 years in quality inspection quality assurance in a fabrication or metalworking setting Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 23 000 00 per month Work Location In person
