Job Summary The QC Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in mould base manufacturing The role requires extensive knowledge of precision machining processes and quality inspection methods along with hands-on expertise in operating and managing measuring instruments This position will lead the QC team and ensure that products meet internal and customer requirements consistently Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain quality control processes SOPs and inspection procedures for mould base manufacturing Lead incoming in-process and final inspection activities using a wide range of measurement tools Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 2015 and other applicable quality standards Perform root cause analysis RCA and lead corrective preventive action CAPA processes for internal and customer complaints Coordinate with production design and procurement departments to address and resolve quality-related issues Drive continuous improvement projects to minimize rejection rates and optimize quality Prepare and maintain quality documentation inspection records and calibration logs Guide train and develop the QC team on quality tools product specifications and inspection techniques Represent the quality department during customer audits and technical discussions Key Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of precision machining processes VMC CNC Surface Grinding Milling Drilling Proficient in reading engineering drawings GD T and tolerance limits Expertise in root cause analysis tools 5 Why Analysis Ishikawa Pareto etc Strong leadership team management and problem-solving skills Excellent communication for internal coordination and customer interaction Instruments Equipment Knowledge CMM Coordinate Measuring Machine - Operation Programming Height Gauge Digital Analog Vernier Calipers Digital Analog Micrometers Outside Inside Depth Bore Gauges Dial Bore Gauges Dial Indicators Lever Type Indicators Surface Roughness Tester Angle Protractors Bevel Protractors Slip Gauges Feeler Gauges Plug Gauges Thread Gauges Ring Gauges Hardness Tester Optional if applicable Calibration Maintenance of Measuring Instruments Qualification Experience Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification 7 to 12 years of experience in Quality Control in mould base tool room precision component manufacturing Experience in handling a team of inspectors and technicians Preferred Certifications ISO 9001 2015 Internal Auditor Certification Six Sigma Green Belt Preferred Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
