We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented R D Trainee to join our Research Development team focused on sports nutrition functional foods and dietary supplements This position is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience with an M Tech or M Sc in Food Technology background The candidate must be fluent in English and have strong Excel skills for data handling and documentation Key Responsibilities Product Development Support Assist in formulation trials pilot batches and stability testing Work with senior R D staff to create and refine nutraceutical and food supplement formulations Perform ingredient testing weighing and blending tasks as per SOPs Documentation Compliance Maintain detailed records of formulas test results and batch trials Help create technical data sheets specification documents and label input data Ensure compliance with FSSAI GMP and other regulatory standards Analytical Technical Support Support QC R D lab activities including basic product testing Collaborate with QA QC and Production teams during trial scale-up Data Entry Reporting Use Microsoft Excel efficiently to record analyze and summarize lab results and formulation data Prepare daily progress reports formulation logs and trial summaries Eligibility Criteria M Tech or M Sc in Food Technology Food Science Applied Nutrition 0-6 months of internship or industry experience in food nutraceuticals preferred Fluent in English - written and spoken essential for documentation and communication Proficient in Microsoft Excel - data entry basic formulas tables formatting Key Skills Required Robust foundation in functional foods supplements and ingredient science Ability to follow scientific instructions and maintain lab accuracy Good communication skills - verbal and written Attention to detail and a keen interest in product innovation What We Offer Practical exposure to real-world nutraceutical development Chance to work with experienced food scientists and formulators Supportive environment with opportunities for growth to full-time R D Executive Skill development in formulation science regulatory and documentation Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
