We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Operations Executive to manage day-to-day ground operations for our truck-based material and cargo shifting services in Nagpur The candidate will be responsible for generating leads finalizing bookings managing labours and freelance drivers and ensuring the smooth handling and transportation of customer goods Key Responsibilities Generate leads and finalize cargo shifting bookings Coordinate with customers and ensure excellent service Hire and manage labours for loading unloading Hire and coordinate with freelance truck drivers Supervise on-ground operations and loading unloading work Ensure secure and damage-free handling of customer material Maintain basic documentation and updates of each job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics transport operations or similar field Good communication and coordination skills Ability to handle labours teams and fieldwork Basic smartphone and WhatsApp usage Must be responsible and punctual Interested Candidates Contact Us on - (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
