We are looking for a dynamic and creative Textile Marketing Executive who can lead both offline and digital marketing efforts coordinate with customers and manage order tracking efficiently The ideal candidate should have a passion for textiles and marketing with hands-on experience in both physical and online promotional activities Key Responsibilities Offline Marketing Plan and participate in textile exhibitions trade shows and offline events Coordinate booth setup logistics and branding during exhibitions Build connections and generate leads during events Digital Marketing Manage and grow brand presence on Instagram Facebook Website and WhatsApp Plan and schedule regular social media posts campaigns and promotions Use graphic design tools e g Canva Photoshop to create marketing content Run influencer marketing campaigns tailored to textile fashion audiences Set up and manage Shopify for product listings inventory and customer interface Leverage AI tools for content creation campaign automation and virtual photoshoots Customer Coordination Handle customer inquiries via calls emails WhatsApp and social platforms Provide product details pricing and samples as required Maintain excellent customer relations and follow up on leads Order Management Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment Track order status and keep customers updated Handle order issues or escalations professionally Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Fashion Textile or a related field 1-3 years of experience in textile marketing or a similar role Strong communication and customer handling skills Familiarity with social media tools Canva Shopify and AI-based marketing tools Interest in textile trends and market behavior Preferred Skills Knowledge of textile products fabrics and fashion trends Previous experience in a textile or garment company is a plus Photography and content creation skills including AI-based visuals are advantageous Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
