Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in managing daily HR operations across our 20 store locations The ideal candidate is passionate about employee welfare thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and has a genuine love for animals and the people who care for them Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Onboarding Assist in posting job ads screening resumes and coordinating interviews Schedule and organize onboarding for new hires across store locations Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system 2 Employee Relations Communication Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries from store staff Support the coordination of internal communications and employee engagement initiatives Assist in organizing employee recognition programs and team-building events 3 HR Administration Maintain and update personnel files and documentation contracts attendance leave etc Track probation reviews performance appraisals and training schedules Assist with payroll inputs and coordinate leave records with store managers 4 Compliance Policy Support Ensure HR practices comply with legal and company standards Support audits and prepare necessary reports or documentation Help communicate and enforce HR policies consistently across all locations Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field 1-2 years of HR experience retail or multi-location business experience is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A passion for pets and the retail environment is highly desirable What We Offer Opportunity to work with a growing and animal-loving team Exposure to multi-location HR operations Career development and training support Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
