Job Overview We re looking for a dependable and people-focused Production Floor Coordinator to oversee daily operations on the workshop floor manage a team of skilled laborer s from across India and act as a bridge between production sales and customers Responsibilities Supervise and manage floor laborers with empathy discipline and cultural sensitivity Maintain smooth operations and ensure timely delivery of production targets Coordinate with the sales team for job scheduling and customer vehicle pick-up drop-off Track work progress and update timelines as needed Handle floor-related challenges and maintain team morale Maintain basic production reports and records Use MS Word and Excel to prepare reports for monthly review meetings Ensure that customer vehicles are handled with care and quality is never compromised Be present and involved in day-to-day activities and provide real-time updates to the management Requirements Robust people management and interpersonal skills Proven experience in a supervisory or floor management role Basic knowledge of vehicle interiors or production processes Familiarity with Microsoft Excel Word Ability to multitask prioritize and work under pressure Excellent communication and organizational skills Committed reliable and a strong sense of responsibility Fluency in Tamil and Hindi is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month
