Accounting Bookkeeping Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records Update ledgers and accounting entries on a daily and weekly basis Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation of expenses Use Tally with GST for financial accounting and record maintenance GST TDS Statutory Compliance Handle end-to-end GST compliance including calculation reconciliation and timely filing of returns Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure statutory compliance Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase registers and resolve discrepancies Maintain statutory records and documentation as per regulatory requirements Imports Exports Commercial Operations Manage import purchases including Order placement and rate negotiation Coordination with CHA Duty calculation and payments Submission of import documents to banks Prepare and maintain export documentation including invoices packing lists and required compliance documents Coordinate with CHA for smooth execution of import and export operations Verify job-work challans and ensure compliance with movement of inputs Order Execution Vendor Management Ensure proper execution of customer orders and timely dispatch of materials Track material purchases and coordinate with vendors and suppliers Follow up with customers for payment collection Workforce Supervision Supervise and coordinate 25-30 contract workers deployed across multiple sites Monitor attendance work allocation and operational coordination MIS Reporting Prepare and maintain reports including Sales purchase and expense statements GST and TDS reconciliation Import-export summaries Generate weekly and monthly MIS reports for senior management Analyse business operations costs revenues and trends to support forecasting and decision-making Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person Expected Start Date 20 01 2026
