Job Title Civil Project Manager Company Name Sun Blue Metals Chennai Location Chennai Experience Required 8 to 15 Years Salary Up to 80 000 per month based on experience and capability Company Overview Sun Blue Metals is a growing organization engaged in construction and infrastructure-related projects committed to quality execution timely delivery and adherence to safety and compliance standards The company focuses on efficient project management cost control and sustainable construction practices Job Summary The Civil Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end planning execution monitoring and successful completion of civil construction projects The role requires strong technical expertise leadership skills and the ability to manage teams contractors budgets and timelines while ensuring quality and safety standards Key Responsibilities Project Planning Execution Plan execute and monitor civil construction projects from initiation to completion Prepare project schedules work plans and resource allocation Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and as per approved specifications Site Team Management Lead and coordinate site engineers supervisors contractors and vendors Monitor daily site activities and resolve technical or execution-related issues Ensure effective manpower planning and productivity at project sites Quality Safety Compliance Ensure adherence to quality standards drawings specifications and BOQs Implement and monitor safety procedures and statutory compliance at sites Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks Cost Control Billing Monitor project costs and control budgets effectively Verify measurements contractor bills and material consumption Coordinate with accounts and procurement teams for billing and payments Coordination Reporting Coordinate with architects consultants and clients for smooth project execution Prepare and submit progress reports MIS and project status updates to management Handle client meetings reviews and site audits Required Qualifications Experience Education Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering B E B Tech Diploma Civil Experience 8 to 15 years of hands-on experience in managing civil construction projects Strong experience in RCC structures commercial industrial residential projects Proven ability to manage multiple projects and large teams Skills Competencies Strong project planning execution and coordination skills Knowledge of construction methodologies quality standards and safety norms Valuable understanding of BOQs billing budgeting and cost control Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and project management tools Personal Attributes Result-oriented and hands-on professional Strong decision-making and leadership abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines High level of integrity and accountability
