About Us Chai Days is a growing cafe brand known for its warm ambiance exceptional service and unique chai-based menu We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Cafe Manager to lead daily operations and ensure an outstanding customer experience Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day cafe operations staff scheduling and workflow Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback effectively Supervise train and motivate cafe staff to maintain high performance standards Manage inventory stock ordering and vendor coordination Monitor cleanliness hygiene and safety standards as per company policies Maintain cash handling procedures and daily sales reporting Assist in menu planning promotions and marketing activities Ensure smooth functioning during peak hours and resolve operational issues promptly Requirements Bachelor s degree or relevant diploma preferred 1-3 years of experience as a Cafe Manager Supervisor Team Leader in F B or hospitality Strong leadership communication and customer service skills Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of cafe operations billing systems and inventory management Flexibility to work shifts weekends and holidays Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 16 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Perks Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
