Job title Civil Site Supervisor Experience 1 - 5 Years Location THANE MUMBAI Job summary The Civil Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards This role requires a strong understanding of building codes safety regulations and project management to effectively manage the end-to-end execution of works on site Key Responsibilities REPAIR Site Supervision Direct and coordinate construction activities at the site ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards Quality Assurance Monitor the quality of work being performed by construction workers and subcontractors to ensure that projects meet design specifications and adhere to quality standards Project Coordination Collaborate with project engineers to resolve construction issues and improve project efficiency Safety Management Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working workplace for all site personnel Resource Management Manage and allocate resources effectively including manpower materials and equipment to ensure timely completion of projects Software Proficiency MS-Office Key Requirements Experience Less than 1 year to 5 years of experience in civil site supervision within the real estate or construction industry Education Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in a related field Preference Only candidates from MMR region are preferred Preferred Qualifications What We Offer Competitive experience on challenging projects Job Type Full-time Pay 200 000 00 - 400 000 00 per year Work Location In person
