We are seeking a professional polite and detail-oriented Telecaller Receptionist who will Call our builder leads collected by our data team to verify and confirm the data Act as the first point of contact at our office greet visitors answer calls and handle basic administrative reception duties Key Responsibilities Telecalling Duties Make outbound calls to builders developers to validate the information recorded by our data collectors Report any leads that seem promising for business development to the sales team Meet daily weekly call-volume and verification targets Receptionist Duties Welcome and receive visitors builders clients at the office Answer incoming calls on the main line direct calls to the appropriate person or department Manage simple administrative tasks receipts visitor logs deliveries mail Schedule appointments meetings or site-visit calls as required Handle basic email correspondence if required such as confirming meetings or passing on visitor messages Requirements Skills Excellent spoken communication skills phone etiquette is critical Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with builder developer contacts Good listening skills and attention to detail able to pick up discrepancies in data Basic computer literacy MS Office Google Workspace and preferably experience with CRM software Prior telecalling customer-service experience is preferred Pleasant and skilled in-person demeanor for receptionist part Good time management able to handle calls and front-desk responsibilities smoothly High school diploma or above any relevant experience in real estate construction space is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
