empowering each other to be exceptional and create advantage for our clients Our India team is a well-established and integral part of the firm s global operations delivering high-value support across a wide spectrum of functions With over 800 business professionals based in Gurugram and Hyderabad we ve been driving operational excellence and innovation for more than 15 years We contribute to global success in areas such as Information Technology Finance Human Resources Risk Compliance Legal Support Research Knowledge Document Production Virtual Executive Assistance Programme Management Client Market Development and Continuous Improvement The role This role needs someone who can oversee testing of applications developed by custom or no low code You will be involved in end-to-end processes and metrics for software testing within the organization and own the implementation of integration and other level of testing You will collaborate with project managers and software developers to establish reporting metrics test scenarios and efficiencies through manual testing and stream lining QA techniques to achieve quality objectives Who you will work with You will work with a high performing Testing Team And this role gives you an exciting opportunity to shape a team of experienced Senior Tester What you will be responsible for Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and changing business environment Flexibility adaptability and work in minimal supervision if required are must to be successful in this role Responsible for mentoring and assisting junior resources in the team Strong analytical skills effectiveness in problem-solving results-oriented pragmatic hands-on person Mature and proactive with a high sense of responsibility and reliability Excellent interpersonal skills proven track record of building strong relationships and establishing credibility with key stakeholders across different lines of business and hierarchies Excellent written and oral communication skills How you will influence Cultivate and disseminate best practices of quality and help to remove impediments Assist and steer the testing QA teams to implement the test approach and execution Ensure stakeholder are informed of progress towards objectives Help improve the overall quality of products applications by analyzing Sunny days and Rainy days scenarios Improve the overall health of projects applications by working with development and quality specialists Flexibility to learn new skills and technologies as required to meet the changing needs of business What you will do Analysing the requirement from testing perspective Closely working with scrum master and product owner to identify the risk areas In depth regression testing which will cover all components Creating test plans and writing test scripts Managing the defects logged and tracking them till they get closed Learning the existing functionality of the application and share your feedbacks Preparing detailed test reports that summarise testing activities results and any defects found during the testing process Designing and executing test cases for Gen AI-driven features including prompt engineering output evaluation and bias testing Using Gen A I tools to automate test case generation defect prediction and test data creation Qualifications Your experience Ability to independently create test data as per the requirements Experience in writing complex queries in SQL along with database testing Excellent client communication skills Hands on experience in Testing Automation preferably using Selenium Well versed with testing methodologies Previous experience of testing Microsoft applications testing experience of Gen AI based application Experience in conducting UI testing to ensure consistency usability and responsiveness across different devices and browsers Hands on experience on JMeter is added advantage Ability to find file and manage bugs aggressively driving quality Experienced in testing larger scale projects quick changes from planning to sign off Exposure to Defect Tracking tool i e Azure Devops JIRA Must have proven ability to provide project estimates and work- breakdown schedules Understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG and experience in testing applications for accessibility compliance is added advantage Experience working in an Agile Scrum workplace Knowledge of SAFe principles and experience of software development using SAFe Agile methodologies will give added advantage Must be extremely responsive able to work under pressure in crisis with a strong sense of urgency Proficiency in using Gen AI tools to automate test case generation defect prediction and test data creation Familiarity with Gen AI model behaviors risks and mitigation strategies in software quality assurance Preferred but not mandatory -
