Company ReNova Pulse Energy India s Leading Startup in Renewable Energy Position Technical Site Engineer Location Mumbai Travel Required Salary 2 40 000 to 3 00 000 Commission About ReNova ReNova Pulse Energy is a leading provider of solar panel solutions committed to delivering high-quality customized renewable energy systems to residential and commercial clients We are looking for a results-driven Technical Site Engineer to join our team and drive solar energy adoption through expert consultation and tailored solutions Responsibilities Job Title Technical Site Engineer - Solar EPC Location Project Sites Pan Maharashtra Department Engineering Projects Reports To Operations Manager Job Summary The Technical Site Engineer will oversee the execution of solar power projects at site level ensuring quality installation adherence to design specifications and compliance with safety standards The role involves supervising contractors coordinating with design and procurement teams managing in office resources and ensuring timely completion of all site activities under the Solar EPC framework Key Responsibilities 1 Project Execution Supervision Execute installation and commissioning of solar PV systems ground-mounted rooftop or hybrid as per approved design and drawings Supervise civil mechanical and electrical works at site to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety norms Conduct pre-installation site surveys layout marking and structure alignment verification Ensure installation of modules structures inverters cabling earthing and protection systems as per design Maintain proper documentation of daily site progress quality checklists and material usage 2 Coordination Communication Coordinate with the Head Office engineering and procurement teams for material dispatch and design clarifications Interface with vendors subcontractors and client representatives to ensure smooth site operations Prepare daily weekly progress reports and communicate project updates to Project Manager 3 Quality Safety Compliance Ensure adherence to QA QC standards during installation and commissioning Conduct routine inspection and testing of equipment such as modules cables junction boxes and inverters Enforce health safety and environmental HSE practices at site 4 Technical Support Support in electrical system testing and commissioning activities Assist in troubleshooting system faults and ensuring corrective actions Verify as-built drawings and submit red-marked layouts after project completion 5 Documentation Reporting Maintain installation checklists test reports site photographs and punch lists Prepare material reconciliation statements and assist in project handover documentation Qualifications Skills Education Diploma ITI Graduate B E B Tech in Electrical Mechanical Civil or Renewable Energy Engineering Experience 1-2 years of site experience in EPC projects Technical Skills Knowledge of solar PV systems inverter technologies and balance of system BOS components Understanding of SLDs layout drawings and electrical safety codes Familiar with instruments like multimeter megger clamp meter IV curve tracer and thermal camera Soft Skills Strong leadership and communication abilities Problem-solving and decision-making capability under field conditions Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD preferred and reporting tools Key Performance Indicators KPIs Adherence to project timelines and quality standards Zero safety violations at site Accurate documentation and reporting Minimal rework and material wastage Client and management satisfaction with site execution What We Offer Salary 2 40 000 to 3 00 000 per annum performance-based commissions food and travel perks Opportunity to work in a fast-growing environmentally-conscious industry Career development and leadership growth opportunities A collaborative work environment with a focus on sustainability and innovation A chance to make a real impact on the future of renewable energy Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 240 000 00 - 300 000 00 per year Benefits Commuter assistance Food provided Paid time off Location Vikhroli Mumbai Maharashtra Required Willingness to travel 100 Preferred Work Location In person
