Job Summary We are looking for a customer-oriented and target-driven Sales Executive Customer Care Executive for our UK Broadband Process The role involves assisting UK customers with broadband service inquiries resolving connection issues and promoting broadband plans or upgrades The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and the ability to convert customer interactions into sales opportunities Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support Broadband Services Handle inbound and outbound calls related to broadband plans billing installation and technical queries Assist customers with troubleshooting basic broadband connectivity issues Provide accurate information about broadband packages speeds and available upgrades Maintain high customer satisfaction through qualified communication Sales Upselling Promote suitable broadband plans based on customer needs Convert customer inquiries into successful sales or plan upgrades Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales quality standards Follow up on potential leads and ensure timely conversion Process Compliance Adhere to UK telecom broadband process guidelines and policies Maintain customer records call logs and CRM updates Ensure data privacy and compliance with international standards Meet weekly monthly KPIs for call quality productivity and sales Required Skills Qualifications Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent UK process experience preferred Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in BPO broadband or telecom sales support preferred but not mandatory Strong persuasion communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle technical queries related to broadband basics Comfortable working in UK shift timings Minimum qualification 12th pass Graduation preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
