Role Overview Lead end-to-end project delivery for interior design and fit-out projects ensuring timelines quality and budgets are met while coordinating with clients designers vendors and site teams Key Responsibilities Manage complete project lifecycle from planning to handover Prepare project schedules budgets BOQs and resource plans Coordinate with design teams contractors vendors and site engineers Monitor site execution for quality safety and adherence to drawings Conduct regular site inspections progress meetings and client updates Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely decision-making Track costs manage variations and ensure project profitability Ensure all statutory compliances and approvals are in place Maintain documentation MIS reports project trackers and closure reports Requirements Bachelor s in Civil Engineering Architecture Interior Design Proven experience in interior projects corporate commercial retail or residential Solid technical knowledge of materials drawings HVAC MEP and site execution Excellent communication client management and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Project AutoCAD Excel and project documentation Ability to lead teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
