Responsible for leading and managing all security functions of the plant to ensure the safety of personnel, assets, materials, and premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall plant security and safety operations.
- Supervise security personnel and ensure effective deployment.
- Control entry/exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
- Monitor CCTV, surveillance systems, and security infrastructure.
- Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Coordinate with local authorities during emergencies and security incidents.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Ex-Army personnel (JCO/Officer preferred).
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in plant, industrial, or corporate security.
- Robust leadership, communication, and incident management skills.
- Experience with surveillance systems and security protocols.
