Job Description: Legal Executive (IPR & Litigation)

Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters, with primary focus on Copyright.
- Liaise and coordinate with e xternal Advocates and Solicitors for IPR matters across India.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents, agreements, notices, and pleadings.
- Support and manage Civil and Criminal litigation matters, including:
- Civil suits
- Copyright and infringement suits
- Writ Petitions
- Summary suits
- Criminal cases





- Attend court proceedings and prepare detailed reports of hearings and outcomes.
- Prepare pleadings in consultation with Advocates and/or vet pleadings received from Advocates/Solicitors.
- Provide periodic legal updates and case status reports to the Management.
- Maintain proper documentation, case records, and legal MIS.

Qualifications & Skills:

- LL.B./LLM from a recognized university.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in litigation and IPR matters.
- Working knowledge of court procedures, drafting, and legal research.
- Robust coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation tools.

Preferred Profile:

- Prior experience working with law firms or corporate legal departments.
- Exposure to copyright enforcement and infringement matters.
