Functions and Responsibilities:

- Preparing the below listed plans and drawings:
- Preparing Signal interlocking Plan (SIP) based on Engineering Scale Plan, Existing SIP in PDF format, showing all necessary Information required on SIP, Panel Diagram, Logic Diagram.

- Designing / preparation of Table of Control (TOC) based on SIP, Interface Diagram, Station Working Rule (SWR), SWR diagram,

- Track insulation plan, MSDAC DP plan,

- Cable Route Plan, Cable Core Plan.Cable Termination (CT) Rack Details

- Location wiring details,

- Power Distribution Diagram, Load Chart.

- Earthing Plan both Indoor and Outdoor.

- Complete Floor Plan,

- Preparation of Design Basis Note

- Knowledge on Planning the phasing of Preliminary Design stage to Construction stage work.

- Ensuring that designs maximize sustainability outcomes during design phase and over whole life of project.

- Producing concept and outline design proposals that solve client challenges in the maintenance, renewal, and enhancement of railways.

- Analysis and calculation for Signaling and Telecommunication components.

- Liaise with the Client to understand their requirements and then design the optimal solution to meet their goals.

- Site survey for preparation of SIP, Cable route plan, proposed shifting of gears etc.

- Knowledge on preparation of tender documents and BOQ.

- Consult with Consultants and provide continuous feedback on status of project regarding process-related issues.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred. • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in business development and proposals within the railway, metro, or infrastructure consulting sectors. • Proven track record of winning large-scale consulting projects. • Understanding of railway operations, metro systems, and regulatory requirements. • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
