Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle back-end operations, documentation, compliance checks, and coordination between internal teams and external partners. This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy working with data, processes, and documentation in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and verify client documentation related to investments, loans, and dematerialization of shares.

• Coordinate with banks, registrars, and depository participants for processing and follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate records, files, and digital databases of client and transaction information.

• Support the advisory and business development teams in post-closure activities and client servicing.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare and update MIS reports, trackers, and operational summaries for management review.





• Handle correspondence and communication with clients and institutions for documentation updates.

• Assist in process improvement and workflow optimization within the operations department.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 0–3 years of experience in operations, back-office, or documentation, preferably in financial or banking services (freshers may also apply ).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.

• Valuable written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of financial instruments, depository systems, or banking operations is an added advantage.

• Reliable, organized, and process-driven mindset.
