Job Summary Greeting of the Day Excellent opening for an Mobilization Head for Vikhroli Mumbai Location Minimum 4 yr to 6 yr Mobilization Head - JD 1 Knowledge about the different skill development initiatives and candidate 2 Establish network of institutes organisations and individuals to enroll students for the offered courses 3 To strengthenmobilization process by helping recruitment and selection of mobilisers at various centers through grass root research and local connects 4 Prepare mobilization plan and ensure timely execution in-line with operation of the center 5 Ensure mobilisation targets are met in given timeline 6 Monitor design of mobilization collaterals- leaflets banners PPT as per the scheme guidelines 7 Ensure effective use of social media for advertising of courses 8 Capacity building of theMobilization team from time to time 9 Current initiatives for finding ways for Massmobilization 10 Coordination with the Project Managers at different levels for building up strong mobilization team 11 Close follow up of lead conversions and daily reporting of mobilisers with progress of project and conduct self-analysis of performance 12 Networking with identified prospective candidates partners on regular basis through email phone and meetings 13 Network within with local government and panchayat people 14 Develop database by extracting same from different sources Ensure regular connect with team and be a bridge between operations team and management 15 Ensure that existing partners deliver on commitments as per MOUs agreements 16 Handle disputes if any within team and resolve them to the satisfaction of the organization 17 Monitor teams to ensure a Documentation of admission process b Monitor follow up with the students till they enroll for the course c Plan the agenda of parents and teachers meeting to delegate the program to them d Analyse drop out with operations and be instrumental in follow up with the drop out e To go in the communities and establish network of individuals and organisation Interested candidates can call on (phone hidden) or mail me your resume ASAP Regards Human Resource Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Experience Training development 1 year Required Work Location In person
