We are seeking a proactive highly skilled accountant or CA Finalist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Hospitality sector particularly in hotels restaurant businesses This role is instrumental in managing the financial and regulatory compliance functions across our hospitality group operations in India and overseas The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight operational efficiency and a hands-on approach to accounting cost control and government liaison to support our rapidly growing hospitality group Key Responsibilities Financial Costing Responsibilities Prepare analyze and present monthly and quarterly financial reports and P L statements across multiple hospitality properties Conduct costing analysis for room F B items and outlet-level performance to optimize profit margins Forecast budgets manage cash flows and prepare variance analysis for all operational units Ensure timely GST VAT TDS filings ROC compliance and regulatory reporting Liaise and coordinate with external CA firms tax consultants and auditors Assist in onboarding and internal audits Key Skills Competencies Strong financial control in hospitality and F B costing models Proficient in Tally MS Excel or other accounting platforms Knowledge of multi-location statutory compliance frameworks Familiarity with franchise accounting outlet-level budgeting and audit coordination Ability to multitask and coordinate across state-level agencies and vendors Preferred Candidate Profile Prior experience in a hospitality group hotel chain or F B franchise chain Based in Kerala or willing to travel as required across group locations Detail-oriented assertive and operationally hands-on Compensation Salary commensurate with experience and capability Attractive incentives based on performance and cost efficiency metrics We are also looking for a candidate that would like to migrate to one of our international locations Canada Japan Europe Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
