IT Technician A family run business is looking an IT technician to be first employee to kick start the set up of a new office based in Mohali to take on all aspects to do with IT for the organisation As an IT Technician you will be required to Install maintain and repair systems have a good knowledge of computers including hardware software and ability to research software and apps Being involved in efficiently delivering IT related projects Investigate performance related tasks a software can offer and use this knowledge to train the end user Have the ability to use non technical terms to provide remote and in office technical support and training to operators and internal teams Conduct performance testing on equipment across the organisation Assist the company by suggesting and implementing time saving methods to improve efficiency Build strong relationships with your manager by providing excellent service and timely solutions Using Social media apps to promote products by creating posters to increase brand awareness Working on the back end of our E commerce store to change prices make web page amendments imprivements and store layouts using Shopify Assist with relevant IT aspects for on off boarding new employees Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure What You need to bring The ideal candidate will Have experience using Fastfields Has HTML and liquid coding understanding Have experience using Shopify Have experience in creating Social Media posts Excellent knowledge in Windows 11 installation and configuration Excellent knowledge with Microsoft 365 administrative suite Proven experience in problem solving fault-finding skills including decision making clear communication research analysis skills Exposure and troubleshooting knowledge with networking related items - firewalls switches wireless etc 2 years experience working with medium-large businesses along with a minimum of 3 years IT experience in a corporate or services environment Excellent knowledge of user group management Ability to learn on your feet Strong communication skills Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills Excellent customer experience Positive attitude to work Strive to continuous improvement Able to work independently under pressure If you have 3 years experience in a corporate IT environment and would like the oppurtunity to have a steady income please apply What can we offer the right candidate Salary - INR 18 000 per month Complimentary teas coffees Job stability once a a three month probationary period is passed Oppurtunity to make a difference and be noticed in the organisation Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 16 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off
