Position MIS Executive Location Plot No 8 Ganesh Vihar -B Nirman Nagar Jaipur Rajasthan Pin code-302019 Department Accounts Operations MIS Reporting To Manager - MIS Finance Head Role Overview The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing data preparing detailed MIS reports analysing business performance and supporting decision-making processes The candidate must have solid knowledge of Tally ERP Tally Prime along with excellent analytical reporting and coordination skills Key Responsibilities 1 MIS Reporting Data Management Prepare daily weekly monthly MIS reports for management review Maintain and update dashboards trackers and performance reports Analyse data trends and provide insights for business improvement Collaborate with various departments to collect and verify data 2 Tally ERP Tally Prime Responsibilities Enter update and validate financial data in Tally Prepare ledgers vouchers purchase sales entries credit debit notes Assist in reconciliation of accounts bank statements and vendor customer ledgers Generate Tally-based financial reports as required 3 Financial Operational Analysis Support budgeting and forecasting activities Monitor variances and highlight discrepancies Generate cost revenue and expense analysis reports 4 Documentation Compliance Maintain proper documentation of all MIS records and financial data Support internal and external audits through accurate data sharing Ensure adherence to company policies and data accuracy 5 Coordination Support Coordinate with accounts operations HR and other departments for data requirements Provide analytical support to senior management for strategic decisions Skills Competencies Strong proficiency in Tally ERP Tally Prime Advanced knowledge of MS Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Charts Macros preferred Good analytical and numerical skills Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Good communication and coordination abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Commerce Finance Business Administration or related field 5 years of experience in MIS and Tally operations Experience in accounts operations MIS and reporting preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 10 939 66 - 28 117 79 per month Work Location In person
