The Telecaller plays a key role in lead generation and customer communication The role involves reaching out to potential clients explaining company products scheduling meetings for the Sales Team and maintaining enquiry follow-up records Key Responsibilities Call prospective customers builders contractors consultants and fire agencies to introduce Naikee Engineering s products and services Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for Sales Executives Maintain accurate records of calls responses and follow-ups Share company brochures catalogues and presentations with interested clients Coordinate with Sales and Estimation teams to update enquiry status and client details Follow up with existing clients for new requirements feedback and payment reminders if required Maintain and update CRM enquiry database on a daily basis Support marketing campaigns exhibitions and social media promotions by calling targeted lists Desired Skills Competencies Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Marathi preferred Confident and polite telephone manner Basic computer skills MS Excel Email handling Persuasive and energetic attitude with valuable listening skills Ability to understand technical information and convey it clearly Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 9 115 27 - 21 841 36 per month Work Location In person
