generation transmission and distribution projects ensuring timely delivery budget control and compliance with utility standards and regulations What are we looking for o Enough experience in power utility EPC transmission distribution generation projects o Strong exposure to project controls risk assessment and cost management systems o Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 MS Project Excel-based cost models o Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engg o Degree or certification in Project Management Risk Management Cost Control preferred o Project risk analysis and mitigation planning o Cost estimation and variance analysis o Scheduling and critical path analysis o Knowledge of regulatory frameworks CEA CERC state utilities o Data-driven reporting and analytics o Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills Roles and Responsibilities 1 Project Planning Scheduling o Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 MS Project o Establish baselines track project progress and report schedule deviations o Integrate engineering procurement construction and commissioning timelines o Identify critical paths and propose corrective actions to mitigate delays o Coordinate with cross-functional teams engineering procurement site execution finance 2 Risk Management o Develop and implement risk management frameworks in line with ISO 31000 utility standards o Identify potential project and operational risks quantify their impact and develop mitigation strategies o Maintain risk registers and conduct regular risk review workshops o Support management in decision-making through risk-based performance insights 3 Cost Estimation Control o Prepare project cost estimates and budgets for CAPEX and OPEX components o Monitor cost performance against approved budgets and forecasts o Support procurement teams in bid evaluations and cost benchmarking o Generate cost variance reports and recommend cost-optimization measures o Ensure adherence to utility financial governance and audit requirements 4 Performance Monitoring Reporting o Develop KPI dashboards for schedule cost and risk indicators o Prepare monthly project performance and progress reports
