Senior Site Engineer Position Senior Site Engineer Department Projects Execution Company Fomra Housing Infrastructure Pvt Ltd Office Location Kilpauk Chennai Experience Minimum 5 Years Salary Range 25 000 40 000 Based on experience and skill set Qualification B E Civil Diploma in Civil Engineering Minimum 60 Marks Languages Required Tamil Hindi English is an added advantage Role Summary The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for independently managing layout development villa construction and interior execution works The role requires robust technical knowledge planning ability vendor coordination and on-site supervision to ensure timely project completion with adherence to quality and safety standards Key Responsibilities 1 Layout Development Must have independently handled at least 3 layout development projects with developers or contractors Monitor execution of roads drainage water supply electrical infrastructure and other amenities Ensure all works comply with approved drawings specifications and regulatory norms 2 Villa Construction Should have managed a minimum of 2 villa construction projects end-to-end Coordinate civil plumbing electrical and finishing works Ensure timely delivery with high-quality workmanship 3 Interior Execution Should have completed at least 5 interior execution projects such as office spaces clubhouses sales offices or premium residential interiors Coordinate with interior contractors to maintain design accuracy detailing and finishing quality Monitor joinery false ceiling MEP painting and furniture work 4 Vendor Contractor Coordination Experience in handling interior and construction execution contractors is essential Supervise daily site activities and allocate tasks as per work schedules Manage material indents quality checks and resource planning 5 Documentation Reporting Prepare daily site reports QC checklists work inspection records and material tracking Coordinate with architects consultants and project managers for required approvals Prepare measurement sheets BOQs and periodic progress reports Required Skill Set Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Excel MS Word and Google Sheets Strong understanding of civil execution interior finishing and construction standards Ability to read and interpret Architectural Structural and MEP drawings Good problem-solving abilities and team-handling skills Communication Skills Must be fluent in Tamil and Hindi Basic English communication is an added advantage
