We are looking for a highly driven Affiliate Manager – International Sales to expand and manage our global affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate should have an existing network within the international performance marketing ecosystem and hands-on experience working with leading affiliate networks, agencies, and advertisers.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage relationships with international affiliate networks, agencies, and direct advertisers.
- Identify and onboard new business opportunities from global performance marketing ecosystems.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution and ensure smooth delivery.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to launch and optimize campaigns.
- Scale revenue by acquiring high-quality affiliate partnerships.
- Negotiate commercials, payouts, and campaign terms with partners.
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.
- Maintain long-term relationships with publishers, affiliate managers, and account managers across international markets.
- Stay updated with global affiliate marketing trends and emerging traffic opportunities.

- Mobile App Campaigns
- Performance Marketing Campaigns
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of tracking platforms, attribution, and affiliate campaign management.
- Ability to independently source and close new partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or International Business Development.
- Proven track record of generating revenue through affiliate partnerships.
- Existing network of international contacts that can be activated immediately.
- Excellent communication and business development skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ownership mindset.
